Are the sizes big or small?
Our uniforms are standard Australian sizing. Our designs are tailored designs so garments are designed to be fitted.
So the fabric won’t stain or bleach?
Blackpants uses STAYBLACK ® technology, which uses specially engineered bleach & colour resistant textiles for our garments.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay by Credit Card or Direct Deposit or Cheque.
Do we offer discounts for larger orders?
Yes! We have a few different discount structures. Call one of our customer service consultants on 1800 441 986 to see what suits you the best!
Can I get an exchange?
Absolutely. It won’t even cost you your first time, as we will cover the postage back out to you.
How much is Postage & Handling?
P&H will vary depending on the size of the order. We can calculate this at the time of your order. We use an expedited service to assure you are not waiting very long for your new purchase!
Can I get a refund?

What is the fabric made of?
Blackpants uses STAYBLACK ® technology, which is a manmade fiber. Most importantly it contains stretch & a cotton weave for maximum movement and comfort.
What the best way to outfit my salon or store?
The best way to outfit your staff is to select a couple of styles that appeal to you & your staff, in a few different sizes. From here you can work out your preferred style & determine sizing. This will save you a lot of time & eliminates multiple exchanges.
What if I am not happy with my purchase?
Please let us know if you are not happy with any of your purchases. Please refer to T&C’s as to how to do this.
How long will my order take?
We will process & dispatch your order within 24 hours. Allow a couple of days for delivery.
Are uniforms Tax Deductible?
Absolutely. Blackpants is a registered uniform company so all your Blackpants clothing purchases are tax deductible.
