Q) How do I return goods for exchange? A) If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us within 10 days in accordance with the conditions below: Important: the purchaser is responsible for the goods and proof of return mail & costs. Please note COMBO'S & SALE items are non refundable.
- All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a letter explaining the reason for return or exchange, and what size, style you would like in return. If you do not include such information you may experience lengthy delays.
- Garments must be returned in original packaging with tags intact.
- Garments must be suitable for re-sale (including packaging) and therefore no refund will be given if they have been worn, washed, soiled or altered in any way.
- Returns must have a copy of your original receipt enclosed
- No exchanges or refunds will be accepted after 10 days for original invoice date
- BLACKPANTS does not refund delivery and handling charges for exchanges or returns.
- Refunds will incur a 10% - 20% restocking fee; this is determined by the condition items are sent back, so please take care when opening packages. Exchanges will not incur this fee providing returns are suitable for re-stocking (inside original packaging & tags intact).
- Products purchased at trade shows cannot be exchange or refunded.
- Sale items that require exchanges must include a return prepaid bag, thank you.

Q) What sizes do you go up to? A) Blackpants sizes are from 6 to 18 (larger sizes available 20-24). Sizes 20-24 please inquire for styles available in these sizes. An additional $30 per garment applies. When ordering for complete salon: we recommend that you first order a few different sizes for the staff to try and then place your order from there.
Q) What happens if goods are sold out? A) Goods sold out will automatically be placed on back order. These goods will be delivered as soon as they are received from production. Please check with Blackpants on approximate lead times. Due to the process of manufacture this can be up to 8 weeks. Lead times can change outside of Blackpants control.
All orders must be Paid in Full before any stock is dispatched.
Q) How do I calculate postage & handling? A) Blackpants use Australia Post Parcel System, Your P & H covers your delivery plus 1 x exchange delivery if needed per invoice. If you require more than 1 exchange you must provide pre-paid postage in your returned parcel. P & H costs (below) are based on order $ value & need to be added to total costs for orders within Australia. Exchanges will be sent using Australia Post Regular Parcel System. By no means will Blackpants Workwear refund inccurd postage costs.
