SHIPPING UPDATES - Due to COVID-19 our shipping partners are experiencing delays of up to 4 weeks in some locations.
There are flight disruptions and cancellations impacting all inbound and outbound items.
Express items will be given priority over Standard items during this time.
Australia Post is working closely with partner airlines and postal operators to move items as quickly possible.
Please note: Many locations will no longer be performing signature on delivery for items delivered to due to government restrictions.
Blackpants Workwear holds stock of our range, and we pride ourselves on offering a quick and hassle free delivery service. Our goal is to dispatch your online order on the same or next working day. In the unfortunate circumstance where an item is sold out, we will advise you promptly so you can consider an alternative item.
We offer muliple options to get your order to your door quickly & safely. Blackpants always recommend using a delivery option with Signature on delivery.
 
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

All express orders placed by 10am (AEDT) on a working day will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse on the same day.

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

If any items in your order are temporarily or permanently out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a refund, exchange or credit note for those items. If applicable, we may also give you the option of waiting for us to ship the items once new stock arrives.

 

DELIVERY CONDTIONS

Domestic Next business day delivery to roadside addresses and offshore islands within these zones is not guaranteed.

For any updates to expected delivery times, please refer to the Australia Post website. If using Express, Registered Domestic, Courier and Pack & Track, please note that you can track your order for an Estimated Time of Arrival from Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/track or the link in your shipping confirmation email. If using Registered or Courier services you will need to sign for your order when it arrives.

If you are not available to sign for your order, Australia Post will leave a note with instructions for pick up from a designated post office. While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us. International delivery times are standard between metropoloitan areas of major cities and excludes time in customs if applicable. May be subject to delays dues to causes outside Blackpants Workwear's and Australia Post’s control.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY OPTIONS

All domestic deliveries are Express Post so you can expect your delivery to be received 1-3 working days after dispatch. When your order is dispatched you will be sent shipping confirmation including your tracking number.

 

RECOMMENDED – REGISTERED EXPRESS POST

Delivery Time – 1-3 business days

Please note that we deliver using Australia Post Registered Express Post which requires signature on delivery, and anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by Blackpants Workwear to be authorised to receive the products. If you aren't available to receive your delivery, a card will be left for you and the parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office where you can collect it.

TO AVOID A TRIP TO THE POST OFFICE - please ensure your shipping address is where you will be during business hours.

EXPRESS POST

Delivery Time – 1-3 business days

If you are confident that your parcel can be safely left in the event you are not at home, you can choose Express Post however Blackpants Workwear will accept no responsibility for items and will consider the items left as instructed, once notified of delivery.

We always recommend that customers send their parcels via Registered Express Post to a daytime address where parcels can be signed for.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY OPTIONS

All international deliveries are sent via Australia Post and their partners so you can expect your delivery to be received 2-14 working days after dispatch. When your order is dispatched you will be sent shipping confirmation including your tracking number if available.

Customs Fees and Duties

Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.

PACK & TRACK (up to 2kg)

Delivery Time – 5 -14 business days

When your order is dispatched you will be sent shipping confirmation including your tracking number.
